Clear reports help us find and fix problems. Check existing reports first, then open a topic for each separate issue.

1. Summary: one sentence describing the problem.
2. Where it happened: website, Lobby, or Survival.
3. Steps to reproduce: numbered actions another person can follow.
4. Expected and actual result: explain the difference.
5. Context: approximate time, client version, and whether it happens consistently.
6. Evidence: attach a screenshot if useful, with private information removed.

Security problems and exploits: contact staff privately through the official Discord. Do not publish exploit steps, credentials, private coordinates, or unredacted logs. Stop testing if doing so could damage data or affect other players.

Please avoid repeated bumps. Add a reply when you have genuinely new information.
